This competition is open to entrants in Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Essex and SW London. Entries from outside these areas are still welcome; however, winners outside these regions will receive the cash alternative prize. At the promoter’s discretion, installation of the garden room may be offered in other areas depending on distance and location.

The prize is limited to the construction of the garden room only. Furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and any additional interior or exterior features are not included.

If fewer than 50% of tickets are sold, the promoter reserves the right to offer a cash alternative equal to 60% of the total ticket sales in place of the advertised prize.

How do I enter a competition?

To enter the competition:

Entries must be submitted via first or second class post. Bulk entries are not accepted and if received will count as one single entry. If you wish to enter for free multiple times you may do so up to any limit placed on the number of entries. Each free entry must be submitted separately.

What happens if I cannot fit that size in my garden?

A cash alternative or luxury upgrades will be offered for every square meter under the 20

What happens if a cabin cannot be built?

A cash alternative will be given.

What am I allowed to build by law?

As per building control under permitted development garden rooms must not take up more than 50% of your total garden to a maximum of 30sqm, if within 2 meters of your boundary it must not be built over 2.5mtrs tall and only have electrics installed (electrics and water will require planning permission).

If entering for the purpose of work or living space where water, waste water and electrics are required our team can advise best way to secure planning permission, if planning permission cannot be obtained due to local authority denying a garden room can still be built under permitted development or winner can take cash alternative.

Where is my Purchase Email?

Once you’ve purchased your tickets, you will be sent a confirmation email of your entries along with your ticket numbers, typically within 10-15 minutes.

During period of high demand, this may take a couple of hours.

How will I know when I win?

We will notify the winner via telephone or email within 7 days of the closing date of the competition.

If you change any of your contact details prior to the closing date, you must inform us.

We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

Can anyone enter the competition?

The competitions are open to those that are over the age of 18 and are residents of the United Kingdom.

Also, you cannot enter this competition if you are our employee or an employee of our agents or suppliers, or members of the immediate families or households of the above.

If I win, do I have to be included in promotional material?

No, this is not compulsory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages.

Even if you do not want to participate in any promotional exercises, we may have to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove we have administered the competition and awarded the prize fairly.

Can I get a refund on my entries?

No, we do not offer refunds of the entry fee's.
